§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. considering complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – requesting to complete a survey or answer a few questions about the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

We use the services of software companies and maintain IT systems with whom we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing principles and confidentiality. These data are not shared and none of these companies have the right to process data other than as specified in the agreement. Your data, if accessed by the company, may be processed solely for the proper provision of services.
